This client has the pose and style of a woman in her thirties at the young age of three! Such charm and kindness this petite little lady brings her family and friends. With her new role as big sister coming soon, we wanted to create a room that was special for her and would allow her to grow into the space for years to come.
We paired freshly painted blush walls with a neon pink painted vintage headboard (the client’s husband’s childhood brass bed) accented with linear black/white grid bedding and pops of neon throw pillows. With little natural light in the room, we added a simple side table and bulldog lamp for lots of reading time in bed! We repurposed paper flowers above the bed the client had in storage and created whimsical gallery display on the adjacent wall.
The cactus wallpaper added the perfect natural accent and tiny hint of pink. While the dresser was a great find on craigslist! We repurposed an old mirror from the clients garage with neon spray paint - just love how much we repurposed in this room!
The reading nook is everything you could want at the age of three - a magical swing, your favorite books, dolls, and a stunning swam dressed with a colorful garland to make sure all your wishes come true. Perfection!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
